Process flow to purchase the Product & Service
The customers would come to our website and register their requirements by the form placed below in the homepage of the website. Information such as Name, Email ID, Moving From, Moving To along with Service requirement, origin and destination information would be captured from the form. Apart from this the customer would be able to requester date of moving, phone number and preferred method of contact on the form. Once the enquiry is received in the backend. The client would be contacted, and a survey would be booked on the suggested dates. Once the survey is done, the client would receive a formal quotation from PM Relocations. Once approved, he would receive a online payment link which would redirect to the ‘Pay Online’ Link on the website. Once clicked the customer would be able to pay for the services registered.
